Control has many meanings, different to different process stakeholders.

In all those areas modern effective quality or process CONTROL is nowadays multivariate and should be approached from a plant-wide perspective.

4Tune Engineering has significant experience in dealing with processes whose performance depends not only of operating processing recipes (SOPs) but that are affected by raw materials or pre-processing steps ( upstream process stages). We are experts therefore in combining quality control information from raw materials with process conditions used to map process performance, and from there propose process improvement steps based on better management of all sources of variability affecting process performance (e.g. yield, product purity).
